WORK SPECIFICATION
Empty and clean ashtrays, waste baskets, and other waste containers, and insert liners as required.
Sweep, dust, & mop all tile floors.
Dust easily accessible horizontal surfaces.
Remove finger marks, etc., from woodwork.
Spot clean entrance doors.
Spot clean inside glass partitions.
Spot clean floors of removable stains.
Vacuum traffic lanes.
Company papers on desks, drafting tables, files, etc., are not to be disturbed.
WASH ROOMS
All commodes, urinals, and wash basins shall be cleaned inside and outside, and then sanitized.
Remove splash marks from mirrors and walls.
Sweep damp mop and sanitize floors.
Dust and spot clean metal partitions.
Clean and refill dispensers (from customer’s supply)
COFFEE AND LUNCH AREA
Thoroughly clean sinks and counters.
Damp clean tables and chairs.
Dust and/or camp clean vending machines.
Damp mop tile floors.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Clean and polish drinking fountains.
Clean and polish outside of refrigerators.
Clean outside of micro-wave.
LOBBY, ENTRANCES AND CORRIDORS
Dust mop floors.
Remove finger marks from woodwork.
Dust all ledges and molding.
Clean and sanitize all water fountains.
Neatly arrange magazines.
Shake out and vacuum all door mats.
